Home Made Boursin Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 small clove garlic crushed
2 tsp finely chopped parsley
1/2 tsp snipped chives
1 Tbsp dry vermouth
pinch of lemon pepper
pinch of pepper and salt

Preparation

Blend all ingredients and chill for 24 hours before serving.
