Deep Dish Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boiled potatoes, peeled
1/2 c. hot milk
1 Tbsp. melted oleo
1 1/2 tsp. salt
black pepper to taste
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. diced cooked chicken
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. dry white wine
2 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation

Mash potatoes with milk, oleo, salt, pepper and nutmeg until light and fluffy.
In another large bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Turn this mixture into a deep 4-inch pie plate. Cover with the mashed potatoes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
