Festive Roast Duck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 wild ducks
    1 apple, cored and quartered
    6 sprigs parsley
    4 ribs celery with leaves
    12 juniper berries, crushed
    4 Tbsp. soft butter
    3/4 c. white wine
    2 bay leaves
    2 whole cloves
    1/4 tsp. powdered thyme
    3 c. hot wine sauce
    6 slices bread, fried in butter and spread with liver paste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Mix apples, parsley, celery and leaves, shallots and juniper berries.
    Stiff ducks with mixture and sew up cavity.
