Speedy Beet Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cornstarch

Preparation

Cook for 5 minutes.
Pour over 1 dozen small beets.
Add 2 teaspoons of butter before serving.
