Spinach Madeleine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen (chopped) spinach, cooked and drained
4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. chopped onion (fine)
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. vegetable liquor (from spinach)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. celery salt
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
6 oz. roll jalapeno cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook spinach and drain.
Reserve liquor.
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth (but not brown).
Add liquids, slowly, constantly stirring.
Cook until smooth and thick.
Add seasonings and cheese.
Stir until all melted.
Combine spinach.
This can be frozen and heated slowly before needed.
