Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    26 oz. canned pumpkin
    1 1/2 c. brown rice syrup or honey or fructose
    1/2 c. canola oil and/or safflower oil
    1/2 c. applesauce, unsweetened
    4 eggs
    3.5 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. wheat germ or oat bran
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. light salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan prepared with Pam. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes until knife comes out clean.
