Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. celery, cut fine
1/2 c. bell pepper
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. grain rice, uncooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
chicken (as much as you desire)
Preparation

Put the celery, pepper and onions in the bottom of a long casserole dish.
Spread the rice over this, then the cream of chicken soup.
Place chicken pieces on top of rice.
Salt and pepper, if desired.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
