Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp. chopped dried onion
1/8 tsp. garlic
2 tsp. seasoning salt
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. elbow macaroni
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion in skillet.
Drain off excess grease.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasonings.
Cover and let ground beef mixture simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
Prepare elbow macaroni per package instructions.
Mix macaroni into ground beef mixture.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (optional) and serve.
