Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes (12 medium)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    grated onion (if desired)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; mash with electric mixer.
    Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and grated onion.
    Beat at high speed until smooth and light.
    Spoon into a greased casserole.
    Dust with paprika and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until golden and heated through.
