Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 egg
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. milk
onion (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Well grease muffin pan or small iron frying pan.
Mix cornmeal, egg, oil and milk together in medium bowl.
May need to add more milk.
Add onion if you like.
When mixed well, put in pan and bake until golden brown.
Butter top and serve.
