Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    1 stalk celery
    1/2 c. almonds
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. potato chips
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts with celery in broth.
    Remove from bone in medium chunks.
    Mix with almonds, celery, onion, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    Spread mix in large baking dish. Add a little broth if dry.
    Cover with cheese.
    Crush potato chips.
    Spread over cheese.
    Cook about 1/2 hour until cheese is melted at 350\u00b0.
