Pimiento Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded low-fat process American cheese
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    2 (4 oz.) jars diced pimiento, drained
Preparation
    Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add all ingredients.
    Top with cover; pulse several times until coarsely blended.
    Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
