Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked carrots
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 lb. American cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. stuffed olives
    1/2 c. half and half or milk
Preparation
    Mash carrots, diced cheese and olives.
    Combine all the ingredients.
    Salt and pepper to taste, and top with butter and extra cracker crumbs.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and slightly brown.
