Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
6 to 6 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt (approximately)
4 c. liquid, half milk and half water
1 Tbsp. vanilla (or to taste)
powdered sugar
Preparation
-
Combine and blend all the ingredients.
Deep fat fry in hot grease in iron skillet or fryer.
(Grease must be hot, otherwise batter will sink to bottom and not cook well.)
