Bubble Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. scalded milk
3 Tbsp. shortening
1 pkg. yeast
1 egg
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. lukewarm water
3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water; set aside.
Pour scalded milk over 1 cup sugar, shortening and salt.
Add egg to milk.
Add all together and mix well.
Add 1/2 flour to mixture.
Mix well.
Let dough rise until doubled.
