Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. canned, sliced beets (small whole beets may be used)
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Mix cornstarch, sugar, salt, vinegar and water; boil until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
Add beets to mixture and reheat.
Serve hot.
