Grilled Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Cloves Garlic (Crushed)
    1/3 c. California Orange Juice
    1/3 c. Soy Sauce
    3 Tbsp. Ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Honey
    1/2 tsp. Ginger
    4 Kodiak Salmon Steaks
Preparation
    1. Mix garlic, OJ, ketchup, honey, and ginger in a shallow dish. Place Salmon steak in the shallow dish and let
    soak for at least 15 minutes, but preferably for 1 hour.
    2. Turn steaks several times to expose both sides to
    marinade.
    3. Out Salmon and marinade in a tin foil dish and place on
    grill, cover. Cook with medium heat until Salmon is
    flaky.
