Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 lb. pkg. frozen strawberries (juice and all), thawed
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (9 oz.) size Cool Whip
Preparation

Cream together cream cheese with sugar, gradually.
Mix in strawberries (with juice), then add crushed pineapple.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour in dish and freeze hard.
Before serving, set out to thaw 45 minutes before serving (so fork can sink into it).
