Mock Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 large eggs
2 c. corn, drained
1/4 c. unsifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 to 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Preparation

Separate eggs; put whites in small bowl.
Let whites warm to room temperature.
