Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. sausage
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. mushrooms, lightly sauteed
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    3 slices white bread, crust removed and cubed
Preparation
    Brown sausage. Beat eggs; add milk and salt. Grease 13 x 9-inch pan. Spread sausage in bottom of pan. Next layer bread cubes. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until center is done. Makes 6 servings.
    You may use bacon or ham instead of sausage.
