Mom Mom'S Rice Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cooked rice
    1 egg
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3 oz. Parmesan cheese
    1 qt. spaghetti sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Beat egg. Combine with Ricotta and season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Cover bottom of casserole dish with sauce. Add a layer of rice. Add a layer of Ricotta.
    Add sauce and a layer of Mozzarella and some Parmesan. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
    Put sauce on top and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
