Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. bourbon
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 (1 lb.) pork tenderloins
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, bourbon and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Marinate pork in mixture for 2 to 3 hours.
    This can be baked in marinade, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn meat halfway through.
    Slice on diagonal.
    Or this is wonderful cooked on grill.
    Serve with horseradish sauce or Rothschild Raspberry Salsa.
