Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 large potatoes, cubed
1 large onion, chopped
1 stick margarine
salt
pepper
1 large can milk
Preparation
-
Cover potatoes and onion with water; cook until tender.
Do not drain.
Mash slightly, leaving some lumps.
Add rest of ingredients and salt and pepper to taste.
Additional sweet milk may be added if more broth is needed.
Cook until hot and serve.
