Medium Seedless Rye Bread - cooking recipe

1 1/8 c. water
2 tsp. canola oil
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. molasses
1 tsp. salt
1 c. rye flour
2 1/2 c. bread flour
2 1/4 oz. active dry yeast
Preparation

In the order listed, place the water, oil, honey, molasses, salt, rye flour, bread flour and yeast in the baking pan of a bread machine.
Place the pan in the machine and bake the bread according to the manufacturer's directions for a plain loaf. Makes 1 (1 1/2-pound) loaf (16 slices).
