Japanese Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. sweet milk
6 eggs, separated
1 box coconut
1 c. pecans
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Cream butter; add sugar.
Add egg yolks.
Add milk and flour, then flavorings.
Roll nuts, coconut and raisins in flour and add to mixture.
Fold in egg whites.
Bake in four layers in moderate oven until done.
