Angel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crushed pineapple
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 pt. whipped cream
    1 pkg. chopped pecans
    2 frozen pie shells, baked and cooled
Preparation
    Drain pineapple juice and add flour.
    Cook and stir constantly until thick.
    Cool.
    Whip cream and combine to cooled thickening. Add crushed pineapple and pour into cooled pie shells.
    Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
    Chill and serve.
