Shipwreck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    sliced raw potatoes
    sliced onions
    sliced cooked carrots, drained
    French green beans, drained
    2 small cans V-8 juice
Preparation
    In a deep casserole, layer the ingredients (do not pack beef). Pour juice over.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 about 1 1/2 hours.
