Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. hamburg
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. chopped tomato
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 c. celery or 1 tsp. celery seed
    1 c. medium onion, chopped
    2 c. cubed potatoes
    1 (12 oz.) can beef broth
    1 (12 oz.) can water
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/3 c. brown rice or barley
    1/2 tsp. each: basil and oregano
Preparation
    Cook hamburg in oil; add onion and cook until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook on simmer 30 minutes or until potatoes and carrots are tender.
