Asparagus Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cut asparagus
2 to 3 hard-boiled eggs
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
crushed crackers
Preparation

Open cans of asparagus and drain.
Put asparagus into an 8 x 8-inch casserole dish.
Slice eggs on top of asparagus.
Make cream sauce by melting butter, then add flour and milk mixture to medium heat.
Stir until thick.
Add cheese.
Once cheese is melted in sauce, pour sauce over eggs and asparagus.
Top with crushed crackers.
Bake at 400\u00b0 in oven until hot.
Serves 4 to 6 people.
