Broccoli Casserole(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. mayonnaise (8 oz.)
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
3 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 tubes of Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Cook frozen broccoli for 10 minutes; drain it.
Melt butter and mix to Ritz crackers that should be crushed; set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together onion, cream of celery soup, beaten eggs, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, then add broccoli. Pour mixture into a greased casserole and top with moistened crumbs.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Bake uncovered.
When top is light brown, it's done.
