Broccoli-Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (thawed)
    1 (1 lb.) can creamed corn
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Blend 1/4 cup cracker crumbs with 2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
