Salmon Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) partially baked pastry shell
    1 small can red salmon, drained
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (3 oz.) can B & B mushrooms, drained (reserve broth)
    4 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. cream
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/8 tsp. tarragon
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until tender.
    Add mushrooms, reserving a few slices.
    Saute for a few more minutes.
