Bully Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. dates
1/2 c. nutmeats
1 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Put all ingredients into a buttered baking dish; stir well and bake 1 hour in a moderate oven.
Serve with cream.
It is not necessary to cream the sugar and butter for the cake.
