Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef sauteed with 1/2 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/2 can water
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour (over meat)
    6 peppers
    buttered bread crumbs
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute the ground beef and onion in the fat.
    Add the tomato sauce, water, rice, salt, pepper, sugar and flour.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Clean peppers; boil for 2 minutes and drain.
    Stuff the peppers with hamburger mixture.
    On top, add 4 tablespoons buttered bread crumbs and 4 tablespoons grated cheese.
    Bake for 1/2 hour at 375\u00b0.
