4 center cut pork chops
1 (15 oz.) can Del Monte sliced pineapple
sweet and sour sauce, Chinese duck sauce, lerivaki baste and glaze
4 c. rice, cooked in pre-made broth
1 (20 oz.) pkg. cut green beans
onions, tomatoes, garlic and canola oil
Preparation

Several hours before cooking, wash and season pork chops well. Cover and refrigerate about an hour.
