Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    lasagna noodles
    garlic powder
    sweet basil
    sugar
    Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Mix in large pot the tomato sauce, tomato paste, 2 1/2 to 3 cans water (15 ounces), onion, 1 tablespoon sugar, 15 to 20 shakes Italian seasoning, 25 shakes sweet basil, 3 to 4 chunks bell pepper.
    Sprinkle garlic powder to cover lightly.
    Cook on medium to high until boiling.
    Turn to low, stirring occasionally.
