Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    5 eggs
    graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Have cream cheese at room temperature.
    Place cheese, sugar, vanilla and 1 egg in a large mixing bowl. Beat with electric mixer until slightly blended. Beat in remaining eggs, one at
    a time. Beat until lumps are gone. Pour over graham cracker crust in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Yields 20 servings.
