German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 box German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick oleo
1 box confectioners sugar
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Sprinkle coconut and nuts in the bottom of pan.
Mix the cake mix according to directions on box.
Pour over nuts and coconut.
Soften cream cheese and oleo. Add confectioners sugar and mix with mixer.
Pour over cake and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Leave in pan if too sticky to invert.
