Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. (3 or 4) Ripe Bananas, mashed
1 1/2 Tbsp. Liquid Sugar Substitute
2 Eggs, well beaten
1 3/4 Cup Cake Flour
3 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Preparation

Sprinkle sugar substitute over bananas and stir; blend in eggs.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add walnuts. Blend thoroughly into banana mixture.
Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
