Italian Beef Au Jus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. thawed boneless beef roast
    1 (1 oz.) pkg. au jus mix
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
    1 can beef broth (10 1/2 oz.)
    1/2 soup can water
Preparation
    Place beef roast in slow cooker; combine sauce ingredients and pour over beef.
    Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
    Meat may be sliced and served with hard rolls; or shredded and served over rice or noodles.
    Thicken broth with flour.
