Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken (8 pieces skinned)
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
1/4 Tbsp. oregano
1/4 Tbsp. paprika
1/4 Tbsp. red pepper
1/4 Tbsp. black pepper
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. corn meal
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. white wine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a small bowl, add all seasonings. Reserve 1/2 tablespoon of seasonings.
Sprinkle majority of seasonings on chicken.
Add the 1/2 tablespoon of seasonings to flour and corn meal.
In a mixing bowl, beat milk, mustard and white wine.
Dip the chicken in this mixture, then dredge in flour and corn meal.
Spray pan with vegetable spray, then spray chicken.
Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
