Tuna Crunch Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz. each) cans tuna, drained and finely flaked
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/4 c. chopped water chestnuts (from 5 oz. can)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine tuna and water chestnuts in a medium-size bowl; stir in lemon juice, then mayonnaise or salad dressing and salt and pepper to taste.
    Chill.
