Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. French-style green beans, drained
    1 c. Shoe Peg white corn, drained
    1 c. cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 stack pack Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine beans, corn, soup, onion, sour cream, cheese and almonds.
    Mix together and turn into a 9 x 13-inch glass casserole dish.
    Melt butter or margarine in medium saucepan.
    Crumble crackers into margarine. Spread cracker mixture over top of casserole.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
