Mini Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda and salt
    7 c. candied cherries (green and red)
    6 slices candied pineapple (8 oz.)
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. dates
Preparation
    Cut fruit; mix all ingredients well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 11 to 12 dozen.
