Black Walnut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine, softened
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
5 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 small can coconut
1 c. black walnuts
1 tsp. maple flavoring
Preparation

Cream margarine and vegetable oil.
Add sugar and eggs. Combine flour and soda.
Add alternately with buttermilk.
Stir in maple flavoring.
Add coconut and nuts.
Bake in 3 greased and floured 8-inch pans at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
