Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    7/8 c. milk
    1 tsp. melted butter or margarine
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Sift together flour and salt.
    Gradually add milk to flour in a small bowl.
    Add butter.
    Beat eggs well and add to batter. Beat batter for 2 minutes with mixer.
    Fill hot muffin pans 2/3 full.
    Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 14 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 more minutes.
    Serve hot.
    They can be filled with creamed vegetables or creamed meat.
