Oven Barbecue Country Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large country ribs
1 small green pepper
1 onion
2 ribs celery
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
2 cans water
Preparation

Brown ribs in oil for 20 minutes.
Add cut up green pepper, sliced onion rings and cut up celery to pan drippings (remove ribs before to baking dish).
Mix tomato sauce, paste and water; add to sauteed vegetables.
When hot, pour over ribs.
Cover with foil. Bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
