Ambrosia Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 or 11-inch) cookie crust pie shell, baked
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. powdered sugar
    2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and pineapple juice. Beat until smooth.
    Add Cool Whip.
    Fold in coconut, drained pineapple and oranges.
    Pour into chilled cookie crust.
    Chill until firm.
