Warm Brie Salad With Hazelnut Vinaigrette(4 Persons) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. hazelnuts or walnuts
    8 to 9 oz. Brie
    4 sheets filo dough
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. peanut oil
    4 c. curly endive, washed, dried and torn into bite-sized pieces
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place hazelnuts on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
    Cool and rub in a dish towel to remove the skin.
    Chop the hazelnuts finely and set aside.
