Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. water
    1 box chopped broccoli
    1/4 lb. cubed Velveeta
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can onion rings
Preparation
    Cook butter, water and chopped broccoli for 3 minutes, remove pan from heat, then add Velveeta and Minute rice.
    Cover pan and let set for 4 minutes.
    Add cream of celery soup.
